Delivery is at a cost. You pay for your packs when you order, and the rider collects the delivery fee at your door.Delivery areas are being set up. Call the shop to arrange a drop.
How the 4-digit code works
- 1You get a codeWhen you order, we give you a 4-digit delivery code on the confirmation page and on your tracking link. Keep it to yourself.
- 2Watch it comeYour tracking link shows the rider, how many stops before you and about when they arrive. You can call them from there.
- 3Code for packsRead the code to the rider only once the packs are in your hands. They take a photo, and that's your proof it arrived.
The delivery fee is paid at your doorYour packs are paid for when you order. When they arrive, pay the rider the delivery fee by MoMo (they send a prompt to your phone) or cash. You can also pay it early from your tracking link.
Outside AccraWe send by VIP or STC bus the same day and tell you the waybill number. Message us for a quote on WhatsApp 059 363 8577.
